I can't really explain it, but Bettie Page had an influence on me in getting into artwork as much all the artists that I have admired through the years.
Growing up as a kid, I knew of her images. I just did not know her by name.
It wasn't until Dave Stevens started doing his Rocketeeer comic books that I was finally able to connect the name to the images. She's my all time favorite pinup chick.
